Money-back guarantee & right of withdrawal
1. Our 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your profile, you get your money back — no reason required, no questions asked.

14 days of your profile being created. Include the email address you used at checkout or your unlock code. The refund is processed via Paddle back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
You may keep the PDF of your profile. This guarantee is voluntary and applies in addition to — not instead of — any statutory rights you have.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Expiry for digital content: the profile is digital content that is created and delivered immediately after payment. In accordance with EU consumer law, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once performance has begun — i.e. once your profile has been generated — provided you gave prior express consent to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right. This consent is obtained during the Paddle checkout.
Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee (section 1) applies regardless — in practice you are never worse off: if you want your money back within 14 days, you get it.
3. How to request a refund
- Email hello@jungquiz.com with the subject "Refund".
- Include the checkout email address or your unlock code (from your confirmation email).
- We confirm and trigger the refund via Paddle — you'll receive Paddle's confirmation by email.
Alternatively, since Paddle is the Merchant of Record, you can also contact Paddle's buyer support directly: paddle.net.
4. Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged but never received an unlock code, or were charged twice, contact us — we will locate the transaction and either deliver your profile or refund the payment in full.
