Terms & Conditions

For the purchase of the JungQuiz profile

1. Provider and scope

Provider of the service offered on jungquiz.com is Catalyst Communication, 4 Shershah Rd, Shershah Block Garden Town, Lahore, Pakistan ("we", "us"). These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts between the provider and the customer ("you") for the purchase of the digital JungQuiz profile.

2. Contracting party for payment

Payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle is the contracting party for the payment and issues the invoice. Paddle's buyer terms additionally apply: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

3. Subject of the contract

The subject of the contract is the one-time creation and delivery of an individual, AI-generated personality profile based on your 25 quiz answers. The profile comprises eight sections on themes of analytical psychology after C.G. Jung, is displayed in your browser and additionally sent to you by email.

Important: The profile is an AI-generated aid for self-reflection and does not constitute medical, therapeutic or psychological advice. It does not replace the advice of a qualified professional and is not suitable for diagnosing or treating any condition.

4. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the offer on the website constitutes a binding offer. By clicking the unlock button and completing the payment process with Paddle, you accept this offer. The contract is concluded upon successful payment.

5. Price and payment

The price is €9.00 as a one-time payment (including applicable VAT/sales tax where charged; the exact breakdown is shown in the Paddle checkout — depending on your location Paddle may charge the equivalent in your local currency). Payment is made via the methods offered in the Paddle checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). There are no subscription fees and no recurring costs.

6. Delivery

The profile is created and displayed immediately after successful payment, digitally in your browser, and a copy is emailed to the address you used at checkout. Nothing is shipped; there is no physical product. You can save the profile as a PDF or print it.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers) and its expiry for digital content

As a consumer in the EU/EEA you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details are set out on our Refunds page.

Please note: Because the profile is created and delivered immediately after payment, your statutory right of withdrawal expires once the profile has been created, provided you gave your prior express consent to immediate performance. This consent is obtained during the Paddle checkout.

8. Voluntary money-back guarantee

Beyond any statutory rights, we grant a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your profile, email hello@jungquiz.com within 14 days of its creation. You will receive the purchase price back — no reason required. The refund is processed via Paddle.

9. Licence

You may permanently use, store and print the profile generated individually for you, for personal purposes. Commercial reuse, publication or passing it on to third parties is not permitted.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damages arising from injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract. We are not liable for decisions or actions you take on the basis of the AI-generated profile.

11. Privacy

Information about the processing of your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

For contracts with consumers habitually resident in the EU, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected where they are more favourable. Otherwise, the law at the provider's registered seat applies. Mandatory statutory jurisdiction rules for consumers remain unaffected.

13. Severability

Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
